Snuggle Hugs Store Policies

Thank you for shopping here at Snuggle Hugs, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us.  Here at Snuggle Hugs your happiness is my priority.  I have listed the following store policies so there are no surprises for either of us.

Returns and Exchanges:

Slings: I do realize that you must try on a sling to check the fit, our polices state you may not wash it and you need to make sure you do not have on any perfume or the like.  Also you need to take care and make sure that baby's diaper is clean, if the diaper leaks , baby leaks or you leak on to the sling the sling is not returnable.   Slings that smell of perfume, oils, smoke, detergent or any other fragrance the sling will not be accepted for return.  Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. 

All other returns: Only on unwashed, un-used items within 14 days of purchase. Items that smell of detergents, perfumes, essential oils or other fragrances will not be accepted for return. Shipping will not be refunded.  If you are buying something for a baby not yet born please let me know the baby's due date at time of purchase and the 14 days will begin on the baby's due date.  There will be a 10% re-stocking fee taken for all returns.  If any item is special ordered the items are not returnable for any reason other then defect.  A special order is any order I place with a manufacture for you for a larger quantity or special colors beyond what I have in stock.

Pre-Loved items are sold as is there will NO returns or exchanges accepted on Pre-loved items.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Custom Diapers or slings are not returnable for any reason other then manufacture defect.  If there is a problem with the manufacture of the diaper or sling please contact me and a replacement or store credit will be issued once the diaper or sling is returned and I have seen the defect.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

If the item has been personalized with a name/saying/date it can not be returned. If there is a problem with the workmanship of the item I will replace the item after seeing the problem. The item will be replaced with the same item in size, color and design.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Nursing Necklaces

Nursing Necklaces are a tool not a toy, do not leave necklace alone with baby/child.  Beads do pose a chocking hazard.  We will not be held responsible for the misuse of this wonderful tool.

Shipping

Shipping is done via the US post office only we use Priority Mail, Parcel Post and First Class in the USA.  International is still done only Global Priority mail, if you'd like a quote for another shipping method please feel free to contact me.  Free delivery confirmation is included on every order.  If the delivery confirmation shows the package delivered then I consider it delivered and transaction complete.  If you would like to insure your package please just let me know and I can add it on for a fee of $1.30 a separate invoice will be sent for that.  All orders over $100.00 will be sent signature required, this protects you and me from mail disappearing.  I do reuse packing material so you may get a box or bag that has been used once before, this is one more way to recycle and help the planet.

Shipping is Monday-Friday, order ship with in 3-5 business days.

FREE SHIPPING - Shipping method will be chosen by Snuggle Hugs on all free shipping offers.
